use your words wisely

I've been suffering with this coldy fluey thing that's doing the rounds. And I've been mad busy at work too, so I haven't got round to the post about writing to be interesting as opposed to persuasive. But I have had a chance to use words for good via the Adopt a Word website. I've adopted the word "emotional" (for obvious reasons) for a year, in support of the children's charity, I CAN. Why not adopt one of your favourite words too?
