robots are heartbreakingly beautiful
More proof, if any were needed, that robots are heartbreakingly beautiful, capable of making human beings do amazing things. Tweenbots is an art project by Kacie Kinzer, which tests human beings' willingness to assist a robot which needs help on its journey from A to B. Turns out human beings are willing to join a loose network of supporters who have empathy for the robot's story and want it to fulfil its mission. Via @Asi and @BBHLabs. Thanking you.

Awesome. I reckon robots just won the robots vs. ninjas war thanks to that. And pirates schmirates.
cheers lea. if we were to draw a venn diagram though, i think we'd find a slim overlap between ninjas and robots. and ninja robots would probably trump everything else in the category.
although maybe without this cheery theme music.
