I'm not really into many of the Olympic sports, so found myself browsing around looking for internetty-entertainment-type stuff this afternoon. Thanks to the Fallon Planning blog I found Common Craft, an American company whose business it is to make videos explaining in plain English all sort of stuff that people don't understand. This free one is all about how America elects its president, but there are others on social media, podcasting, environmentally friendly lightbulbs even. Mostly they are for businesses and important people to buy from the Common Craft store. But the free ones are perfect for those "I've never quite understood quite how" conversations - or simply for showing off with. Triffic.
