an easy way to find quality music
We've not long ago moved into a new house. We're expecting our first. Work is really busy. All of this leaves me little time to shop for electronic music. Good thing those chaps at Poke keep such good blogs. I found 14tracks through Crack Unit. It's basically a mixtape site, offering you 14 tunes according a theme which changes weekly. So far the selection has been pretty awesome - the only problem is the pricing, which as the comments on the site suggest, is pretty steep in an iTunes world. But they're fixing that soon apparently. And until then I can pick and choose individual tracks, and listen to some quality music I probably haven't heard yet in one easy visit - no need to dig through the vinyl racks or sample mp3s.
